The four project pillars

Full service care

From the initial design concept to final delivery, our engineering team played a key role in the Zenger project. We collaborated closely with STM Design & Build and the client to ensure the architectural and structural designs met all technical and safety requirements. Our engineers selected fireproof, FM Global-approved systems and ensured the implementation of fully insulated wall paneling to meet stringent industry standards.

Process-focused design

Our engineering team focused on maximizing the Zenger facility's storage capacity by optimizing the design of the building’s shape and size. We engineered a flexible layout with strategically placed columns to create open, efficient workspaces. Our goal was to enhance operational workflows while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Future-proof innovation

Sustainability was central to the Zenger project. The facility features a 29.5 kWp solar power installation that powers essential systems, minimizing reliance on external energy sources. Insulated panels, local infrared heating, and Zumtobel LED lighting further enhance energy efficiency. These features ensure that the facility is ready to meet current and future environmental standards.

Trust & safety

Our engineering team worked closely with STM to ensure smooth communication and fast decision-making throughout the project. With full responsibility for the engineering scope, we delivered a high-quality solution for realization which took just 8 months. Our commitment to safety, efficiency, and precision ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget, while consistently exceeding safety and performance expectations.
